Trả về cơ quan công tác: Quyết định số 2553/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 31/12/2021 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục;
Cho phép NCS trở lại trường để bảo vệ luận án: Quyết định số1651/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày23/09/2022
Cho phép NCS chỉnh sửa tên đề tài luận án thành:“Quảnlý chất lượng trường Cao đẳng Y tế theo tiếp cận bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu”.tại Quyết định số2523/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày26/12/2022của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục, ĐHQGHN.

-Xâydựngcơ sở lý luận quảnlý chất lượngtrường Caođẳng Y tếtheo tiếp cận bảođảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu (EQAVET).Trên cơ sở:
+ Nghiên cứu bộ chỉ số bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu; + Nghiên cứu hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (bảo đảm chất lượng bên trong) trong giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu;
+ Nghiên cứu chu trình bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu.
- Đánh giáthựctrạngchất lượng trường Caođẳng Y tếtheotiếp cận bộ chỉ số bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu (EQAVET).
- Đánh giá thực trạng quản lý chất lượng trường Cao đẳng Y tế theo tiếp cận bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu (EQAVET);
+Thực trạngxây dựng, vận hành, đánh giá và rà soát, điều chỉnh hệ thống bảo đảm chất lượng bên trong trường Cao đẳng Y tế theo tiếp cận bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu (EQAVET).
+Thực trạng quản lý chất lượng trường Cao đẳng Y tế theo tiếpcậnChu trìnhbảo đảm chất lượngPIER(Lập kế hoạch – Triển khai, thực hiện – Đánh giá – Rà soát, điều chỉnh).
-Đề xuấthệ thốngquản lý chất lượngtrường Cao đẳng Y tế theo tiếp cận bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp của Châu Âu (EQAVET) và cácbiệnpháp triển khai phù hợp.

Đây là một nghiên cứu hoàn toàn mới, rất cần thiết cho việc quản lý chất lượng các trường Cao đẳng Y tế Việt Nam. Kết quả này là tài liệu tham khảo để các trường Cao đẳng Y tế Việt Nam có thể áp dụng vào quản lý chất lượng đạt hiệu quả hơn nhằm bảo đảm và nâng cao chất lượng các trườngtừng bước đạt chuẩn ChâuÂu,đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường lao độngtrong nước, Châu Âu và thế giới.
